The budget and time frame were laid out and stuck to. The job site (our home) was spotless and well-maintained, and all the tradesmen were courteous and efficient. We had several companies quote our job, but New Concept 180 was the company that responded the fastest to our inquiry, and the only one to follow up with a personal phone call. We liked what we heard, and with several quotes falling in the same ballpark, we decided to go with New Concept 180. On the first day when a gentleman I had never met showed up to do the work, I was nervous---this wasn't the same guy who had come out to do our quote (John) and we LOVED John! But not to worry, the contractor who executed our work (Igor) was as professional, communicative, friendly and neat as we could have hoped for. He worked tirelessly during his time on the job---I did not observe a single idle moment---so I was absolutely confident that the work was being completed as quickly as possible. Every evening before he left my home was restored to a clean and totally livable condition. I am in the bathroom design industry and the contractor and I entered into a spirited debate over the type of grout I wanted. Igor won (I conceeded) and darn if he wasn't absolutely right; his aesthetic opinions ended up being as valuable as the fine exectution of his work. After the project was completed, I convinced the contractor to do a few odd jobs around the house that I'd been putting off. Nothing was a challenge, and I was billed fairly and accurately for the work performed. The renovation was completed in full, on budget and on time, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. I can't wait to give New Concept 180 another project. They will remain a permanent part of my address book.

Gideon and his team have done extensive work in our home. From wallpapering to building cabinetry to building a gorgeous media room and rec room! I don't think we have a room in our house that they didn't work on! They are fantastic! They work is always done to the highest standards. They are a pleasure to work with!

I could not be more pleased with the work they did and will definitely use them for any painting or similar work in the future. They did a meticulous job and accomodated many strange requests - painting the exterior of an old clawfoot tub, painting old radiators, putting wallpaper on stair risers, etc. They communicated well with me throughout the process. The workmen were thoughtful, pleasant, and hardworking.
We had to remove part of a built in countertop and reinstall a door to clear a new washing machine. They came on short notice (in time for the delivery of the new machine) and did a great job.

Gideon and his worker couldn't have done a better job. They were the neatest craftsmen I have ever seen! His work was done on time, in budget and looks great. He only charges 15% over his cost for materials.
I am a repeat customer of New Concept 180. They have done of projects for me and I think the quality of the employees and the quality of their work is outstanding. Whether they are painting, or wallpapering they are incredibly careful in my home with their work products and careful to protect my carpeting and furniture. They are always on time, trustworthy and respectful of my family if we are at home while they are there working. However, the biggest reason I work with Gideon and New Concept 180 is because of the quality of their work. It is consistently excellent each and every time.
New Concept 180 has done extensive painting, wallpapering and general repairs for me over the past 5 years. The work they do is the highest quality.The workmen are professional, honest and clean. No job is too big or too small. Most recently, they assisted in preparing my house for floor refinishing. After the work was completed there was not a speck of dust to be found.
