Certified Remodeler (CR)

Gideon Lipnickas has Certified Remodeler status. This certification is earned through the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). NARI Certified Remodelers (CRs) are professional remodelers who provide a full range of remodeling services. To become a CR, candidates must possess skill and knowledge in a broad range of business management and technical skill areas.

Unforeseen challenges can pop up at some point in construction and remodel projects, but with the design/build model, clients have a single point of contact, which leads to a quick and efficient resolution of any issue that arises. Accountability is often an issue with traditional construction and remodel projects as the subcontractors are busy poin ting fingers and laying blame on others, but due to the single point of contact in use with a design/build firm, everyone is held accountable and fewer delays occur.

NARI membership means that a professional is a full-time, dedicated remodeling professional. NARI membership offers this assurance through an extensive screening process and requirement of its members to follow a strict Code of Ethics. New Concept 180 has been a member since 2007. NARI of Greater Chicagoland is a not-for-profit trade association committed exclusively to the service of the professional remodeling industry. NARI stands as the spokesgroup of the industry and an ally to the nation’s homeowners.
